Ordering Your Card
How do I place an order? It couldn’t be simpler! Browse our card range, pick the one you like, hit the “Order Now” button, and fill in your details. Upload a photo, add your personal info, and complete checkout. We’ll take care of the rest – your card gets printed and posted the very next working day.
What kind of photo do you need? Just a clear, well-lit photo taken on your phone is perfect. Here are some quick tips:
- Use good lighting – natural daylight works best
- Stand against a plain background
- Look straight at the camera with a natural expression
- No sunglasses, hats, or heavy filters
- Just you in the shot – no group selfies!
What about the signature? You can draw your signature right on the screen with your finger or mouse, or pick one of our pre-made handwriting styles.
Payment
How can I pay? We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus over 2,000 different cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin.
Do I have to pay immediately? No pressure! You can save your order and come back to pay later. We’ll email you a payment link.
Are there discounts for multiple cards? Absolutely! Once you’ve added your first card, any extra cards in the same order are just £5 each.
Delivery
How long does delivery take? We print your card the next working day after payment:
- UK – about 5 days
- Europe – around 7 days
- Rest of World – 7 to 15 days
Is shipping free? Yes! Worldwide delivery is included in the price.
Can I collect my order? Sorry, we’re online-only. All orders are posted directly to your address.
Making Changes
Can I edit my order? Yes, you can change anything before payment. Once paid, the order is locked.
How do I cancel? Hit the cancel button in your order form or confirmation email.
Legal Stuff
Are these cards legal? Yes! Our novelty cards are 100% legal to buy and own in the UK. Each card is an original design with clear novelty markings.
What can I use my card for? These are novelty items for fun, collecting, props, costumes, and entertainment. They shouldn’t be used to prove age or identity.
Is my data safe? Completely. We never share your information. All data is deleted after three months.
