What type of photograph should I submit for my card?

Take your photo using your phone

Any recent smartphone is perfectly fine — it can capture a clear, high-quality picture.

Please do:

✔️ Make sure the photo is bright and well lit.
✔️ Use a plain, simple background.
✔️ Face the camera directly and look straight ahead.

Please avoid:

❌ Do not take the photo without wearing appropriate clothing.
❌ Do not wear glasses, hats, or head coverings (unless required for religious reasons).
❌ Do not make exaggerated expressions — keep a natural, neutral expression.
❌ Do not include other people in the photo.
❌ Do not photograph a printed photo; it reduces quality.
❌ Do not edit or Photoshop the picture.
❌ Do not tilt the camera — keep the photo straight and level.

What’s the best way to take a photo for my card?

In the order form, tap “Upload Photo” and select a picture from your phone or computer.

For your signature, you can either sign directly on the screen using your finger or mouse, or select one of the automatically generated handwriting-style signatures.

There is no need to mail us a passport photo.

How do I buy a card?

Fill out the form, add your picture
At the end, pay by card or crypto.
We send you the card in the post, and it arrives a few days later.

Ordering a card is easy, simply add the cards you want to the cart, then go to checkout and follow the form. You need to give us the details for the card, upload your picture and give us your delivery address.

You need to upload a photo from your phone or computer.

Once the form is complete, you’ll be given an order number. Your card will be printed and posted the next working day.

How will my cards be sent to me?

All orders are sent using standard untracked delivery. We do not offer courier services such as FedEx or UPS.

Your cards are posted in a plain white envelope, similar to a regular letter or bill. The envelope is made from strong card-style material for protection.

The only details printed on the envelope are:

your name and address (exactly as you provided them), and
our return address in London

If the envelope cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us.

For larger orders of 10 cards or more, we use a padded envelope for extra protection.

All envelopes are securely sealed with tape.

How long does delivery of my card usually take?

We’ll email you at each stage of the process:
• when your payment has been received
• when your cards are being printed
• when your order has been dispatched

Once payment is received, your cards are produced on the next working day. Delivery time then depends on your local postal service and your location.

Estimated delivery times:
• Within the UK: around 5 days
• Within Europe: around 7 days
• Rest of the world: approximately 7–15 days

Can I come and pick up my card myself?

❌ No — in-person collection is not available.
All orders are produced and dispatched from our international printing facility and cannot be collected in person. Our London address is a registered office only and does not hold stock or have customer service staff on site. Visiting the address will not allow you to collect your order.

Is there an additional charge for shipping my card?

No — there are no extra delivery charges. The price of every card already includes worldwide shipping to any address.

⚠️ We currently do not offer tracked or express delivery, but we expect to introduce these options in the future.

Why don’t you offer faster delivery like other sites?

Be careful of websites that claim “next-day delivery.” Our cards are individually custom printed, so completing payment, production, and postal delivery within 24 hours is not realistic.

Because postal services can sometimes be slow or unpredictable, we cannot promise delivery by a specific date. For this reason, we recommend not placing an order for a fixed event or deadline, as the final delivery timing is outside our control.

How do I pay for my card?

After completing the order form, you’ll receive a detailed guide on how to make your payment, which is also sent to your email.

Can I get a discount if I order more than one card?

Yes! After purchasing your first card, any additional cards in the same order are discounted to just £5 each. This discount is applied automatically at checkout, whether you’re ordering for yourself or a group.

Can I update or change my card order?

I need to edit my card order, can I?
Yes — you can easily update all card and delivery details yourself, any time before your payment is processed.

How do I change my order?
To make changes, please use our self-service tools:

Log into your account — an account is automatically created using your email address.
Visit the Order Tracking page and enter your email or tracking code to access your order.

Please note:

For legal compliance, security, and accuracy, all edits must be made through these tools.
Our support team cannot make changes on your behalf.
Once payment is completed, your order is sent to print and cannot be edited.

What should I do if there’s an error on my card?

Terrible Photo

If the photo you submit is flagged as very low quality, we may contact you to request a better one. To avoid delays, please follow our photo guidelines and provide a clear, well-lit picture.

Customer Errors (Typos, Wrong Photo, etc.)

Our cards are custom-printed exactly as you provide them, so we cannot offer reprints or refunds for errors made in the order form.

To help prevent mistakes, we have a two-step verification process:

Live Preview: You’ll see a preview of your card before finalizing your order. Please carefully check all names, dates, and photos.
Self-Service Edits: You can update your order details anytime before payment is processed.

If you notice a mistake after submitting your order but before paying, the fastest solution is to cancel the incorrect order and create a new one.

Printing Errors

We have a quality assurance process to catch printing mistakes (e.g., missing elements or color issues) before your card is dispatched. In the unlikely event that you receive a card with a print-quality defect, please contact us via the website with your order number to arrange a free replacement.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancelling an order is easy. Both the order form and the confirmation email include big red cancel buttons at every stage.

Click the red Cancel button, and we’ll email you a list of all orders associated with your email address. You can then choose to cancel some or all of them.
You must cancel the order yourself — we cannot cancel orders if you email us requesting it.

Please note:

We do not issue refunds for cancelled orders.
Once payment is received, an order cannot be cancelled.
After cancellation, your order details are deleted from our server shortly afterward.

Do you give my information to anyone else?

Your personal information is completely secure and will not be shared with any third parties. All data is permanently deleted from our systems three months after it is entered.

We will, however, fully cooperate with any legitimate law enforcement enquiries. Requests sent via the contact form from a police.uk domain (or the equivalent national police domain in other countries) will be responded to promptly and in full.

If any of our products are used, or attempted to be used, in an illegal manner, we will cooperate with law enforcement as required.

We are a creative design and printing service, not a replication service. We do not create copies of any document provided to us, whether it is an official ID, company access card, or any other design.

This policy ensures we fully comply with UK law, including copyright regulations and the Identity Documents Act 2010.

Any requests to copy or replicate an existing document will be ignored.

Can you make me a card?

We only sell the original novelty card designs shown on our website. At this time, we do not offer a custom design service.
