By placing an order with UK ID Pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website.

2. Novelty Products Only

Our cards are novelty items sold strictly for entertainment and collector purposes. They:

Are not official documents and confer no rights or privileges
Cannot be used as identification for age verification, travel, or any official purpose
Do not replicate or imitate any government-issued documents
Comply with the UK Identity Documents Act 2010

Using novelty cards to misrepresent your identity, age, or status is illegal. This document is not legal advice – consult a legal professional if you are uncertain about the laws in your area.

3. Original Designs

All card designs are original artistic works. The names, logos, and issuing bodies shown on our cards are fictional and do not represent real institutions. You must not alter, obscure, or modify any element of our cards, including printed disclaimers.

4. Order Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when placing an order. Supplying false details may constitute fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website include worldwide shipping. Payment must be made at the time of order or through the payment link provided via email. We accept major debit and credit cards, plus cryptocurrencies.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time before payment is processed. Once payment is received, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as cards enter production immediately. We do not offer refunds for customer errors – please check your order carefully before confirming.

7. Delivery

Cards are printed and dispatched the next working day after payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed:

UK: approximately 5 days
Europe: approximately 7 days
Rest of World: 7–15 days

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. Lost or Damaged Cards

We are not obligated to replace lost, stolen, or damaged cards. If your card arrives with a printing defect, contact us with your order number and we will arrange a free replacement. Card details cannot be changed once printed.

9. Data Protection

Personal information provided with your order is stored securely and deleted permanently after 60 days, in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection law. We never share your data with third parties except where required by law enforcement.

10. Legal Compliance and Monitoring

All orders are monitored for compliance. If we suspect any intention to misuse our products, we reserve the right to:

Cancel and suspend orders without refund
Report your details (including name, address, photograph, and IP address) to UK authorities such as the Metropolitan Police or National Crime Agency

UK ID Pro accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or consequences arising from the use or misuse of our novelty cards. You accept full responsibility for your actions.
