1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and use of novelty cards from FakeIDUK, operated by CardFairy (“we”, “us”, “our”) through fakeid.co.uk. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. Our novelty cards are sold strictly for entertainment purposes and must not be used for any official or illegal activity. This document does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure about the legality in your area, please consult a solicitor or legal professional.

2. Provider of Novelty Cards

FakeIDUK, operated by CardFairy, is the sole provider of novelty cards purchased through fakeid.co.uk. All orders are processed by us, and our contact information will appear on your order confirmation.

3. Monitoring and Reporting

All orders are monitored for legal compliance. If we suspect an intention to misuse our novelty cards, we reserve the right to:
• cancel and suspend your order without refund, and
• report your details (including name, address, photograph, and IP address) to the relevant UK authorities, such as the Metropolitan Police or the National Crime Agency.

4. Data Retention and Protection

Order information, including personal data (name, address, photographs, etc.), is retained for 60 days after completion to support processing and returns. For postal orders, physical documents are scanned and shredded within 5 working days. All data is securely deleted after 60 days in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. 5. Limitation of Liability

FakeIDUK accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of our novelty cards. You agree that responsibility for your actions lies with you.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm acceptance by ticking the checkbox at checkout.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

8. Novelty Cards Only

All cards sold are novelty items for entertainment purposes only. They:
• hold no official status and grant no rights or privileges
• cannot be used as valid identification for travel, age verification, or any official purpose
• are not “ID Cards” or “Identity Documents” as defined under the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981 or the Identity Cards Act 2010

Using novelty cards to misrepresent identity, age, or status is illegal.

9. No Modification of Cards

You must not alter, obscure, remove, or modify any element of our cards, including printed disclaimers. Any modification is prohibited and may be unlawful.

10. Fictional Designs

All card names, issuing bodies, and logos are fictional and are not based on real institutions or documents. Designs are original and not intended to imitate official identification.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order where misuse is suspected. Refunds may be issued at our discretion. Our decision is final.

12. No Obligation to Replace

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards and are not obliged to reprint them. Replacements may be offered for a small fee at our discretion. Card data cannot be changed once printed.

15. Accuracy of Information

All information you provide must be truthful. Supplying false details may be illegal. We reserve the right to report suspected fraud to authorities.
